Nevada Revised Statues require inventories in practically all Estates and Guardianships. Our inventories and appraisals can be used in all areas of probate resolutions, guardianship, estate tax and IRS submissions, estate planning, fair equity/marital distribution, bankruptcy, insurance underwriting and non-cash charitable contribution.
All appraisals prepared by Nevada Certified Appraisers adhere to the stringent professional and ethical guidelines as laid out by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and are completed by a USPAP certified appraiser.
