David Arenaz - Founder and Appraiser

David Arenaz is a lifelong Las Vegan and has been a fixture in the appraisal and asset liquidation market since 1983. David began working at a local auction house as a teenager in the late 1970's. Throughout the 80's and 90's David operated successful auctions and retail venues and consulted on estates for private banking and other institutional and private collectors. Beginning in 1998 David became a certified appraiser and contracted directly with and consulted for many  of the top law firms, banks, guardians, and worked with individual estate administrators throughout Nevada and Arizona. Recognized as an authority on personal property, David is qualified to give expert testimony in the areas of antiques, fine art, decorative arts, jewelry, books, coins, 20th century modern and 19th & 20th century collectibles. David's opinions and testimony have appeared in both print and television.

Myra Brown - Sales

Myra is responsible for vehicle sales and high end jewelry. Originally from California, Myra operated a successful service business before studying gems and jewelry. Myra has traveled extensively and attended multiple training venues to obtain her expertise in jewelry and gems. Growing up in an automotive sales family in Northern California her expertise in vehicles and valuations is extensive.

Megan Heryet - Real Estate

​Megan is a Realtor on staff who specializes in estate, trust and probate sales. In 2012 Megan closed 100% of her listing at list price. Probate Real Estate is a complex issue and requires attending court and specific court documents and instructions. Most realtors do not have this experience.
